Access & Inclusion Peer Programs is a mentorship program for African Black Caribbean, Latin American, Southeast Asian and First Generation students (whose parents / guardians did not complete post-secondary education in Canada) with intersectional identities that include: racialized, international, 2SLGBTQIA+, mature, Transitional Year Programme students (current & former), and other lived identities.
We provide connections to academic, career, wellness, engagement and many other services: to foster a sense of belonging and community; to help students navigate barriers to access and inclusion; and to connect students to each other and the broader U of T community.
