It’s interval training…but BIGGER!

This full body boot camp-style circuit class will have you feeling stronger, more confident, energized and happy—a recipe to have you coming back for more! Brought to you by Sport & Recreation.

How to participate

Bookings for group classes can be made up to 2 days in advance* on a first come, first served basis. All participants must register before arriving at the facility.

*i.e., a booking for a workout session at 12pm on Wednesday can be made as early as 12pm on the Monday before.

To protect the health and safety of the University community, and in line with recommendations from government and public health authorities, Sport & Rec participants must complete a pre-visit screening form before accessing our facilities. The screening form must be completed on the day of your visit. For Sport & Rec in-person programs students, staff & faculty please complete the COVID-19 Self-Assessment via www.ucheck.utoronto.ca  and general members please use the COVID-19 Self Assessment form. The screening form must be completed on the day of your visit and you will be required to present the email confirmation upon arrival. You will be required to present the email confirmation COVID-19 Self-Assessment upon arrival to your scheduled Sport & Rec activity.
