No Body / Mind Left Behind: A Live Podcast Recording, with Alex Locust

No Body No Mind_(1690x800).png

On November 19, join disability justice activist and educator, Alex Locust aka Glamputee, in a conversation with U of T Hart House student podcasters.

This expansive dialogue will centre lived experiences and explore how disability justice offers a framework to create a society that uplifts people with disabilities where no body/mind is left behind. Following the dialogue, a Q&A session will be held for attendees with Alex.

Don't miss this exciting opportunity to connect with Alex, learn more about his work, and how you can actively support disability justice in an intersectional and inclusive way.

This conversation will be recorded for broadcast on the weekly radio show and podcast, The West Meeting Room which is produced by the Hart House Student Podcasters

This session is presented in partnership with Hart House and as part of U of T Sport & Rec's annual Diversity & Equity Conference.
Learn more about the conference and other sessions you can attend on U of T Sport & Rec’s Diversity & Equity website.
