If you're having trouble coping with the demands of university life-or even regular everyday situations-this four-part Coping Skills workshop series is right for you!
Have you noticed that your mood and/or anxiety has led to unhelpful behaviours that are only making you feel worse? Does low mood or lack of motivation affect your ability to do the things you want and need to do? Has anxiety prevented you from approaching tasks or led to you leaving situations early? The Healthy Behaviours workshop focuses on strategies to address the behaviours that contribute to and maintain low mood, low motivation, and anxiety.
