Kick mental stress and stay fit! Stay active and connect with KIN students while learning Karate basics, including kicking, striking and blocking techniques. Increase flexibility, build mental focus, and relieve stress by kicking and striking along with fellow KIN students. Join us and train together while staying apart!

KINect with Us is an initiative of the Health and Wellness pillar of KINections, providing activities for KIN students by KIN students.
