It can be hard to feel focused on exams when you are experiencing stress and anxiety. Research shows it can be difficult to absorb information, form new memories, and recall information. Join this workshop tailored to KPE students on Monday, December 6, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. to explore how you can better manage or reduce exam stress and anxiety. This workshop has been created in collaboration with Academic Success and the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education.
