MoveU.HappyU is a free, unique six-week program that offers behaviour change coaching and 1-on-1 exercise training to students for mental health support.
Physical activity can help decrease negative mood and stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhance academic success. So each week, students in the MoveU.HappyU program complete a 60-minute virtual session: 30 minutes of exercise training and 30 minutes of behaviour change coaching.

MoveU.HappyU is free of charge and open to both international and domestic students enrolled in academic courses at U of T. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome!
