This small group session is tailored to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who are currently exploring careers in academia. During this workshop, happening Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. we will discuss your experiences & identify strategies for navigating the current academic labour market.

This is a discussion based session (i.e. there will be no presentation) and the content will be based on the questions and topics raised from the group. Attendance is capped to ensure participants have the space to share their questions and provide their own advice.

This workshop is a part of Student Life’s Flexible Futures Programming for Graduate Students, which offers a wide range of career-related programs, workshops, customized sessions and consultations year-round for graduate students and postdocs.
