Do you experience periods of panic, sadness, or frustration that overwhelm you and prevent you from being effective in your day to day life? Do you find yourself acting according to your emotions or getting stuck in uncomfortable emotions? The Managing Emotions workshop focuses on identifying emotions and then skills to address emotion-driven behaviours that may make the situation worse and/or maintain unwanted emotions.
Session information:
This session will be held on the Blackboard Collaborate platform and all University of Toronto students are welcome to attend. Please note that there is a maximum of 40 participants in this session - so register soon!
