Mindful Moments Yoga - Virtual

This gentle yoga class will invite you to slow down and notice the present moment of breath and body in movement. Sessions open with mindfulness meditation in a seated or reclined position. Classes are beginner-friendly and modifications are offered in a welcoming environment. Students must arrive no later than 6:05 PM to join the session.

How to participate

Register once for the U of T Virtual Fitness Studio and Zoom codes and passwords will be emailed to you every week to attend the Mindful Moments and other included classes. Brought to you by Sport and Rec.

These classes are available at no additional cost to incidental fee-paying students enrolled in fall courses!
